This is probably the only fine dining place In Sahuarita Green valley area. This restaurant is placed inside a golf course with breathtaking views.
The restaurant is quiet , friendly service. The taste of the food can improve a lot, but you get a good portion for what you pay. The highlight of what we ordered was the Mediterranean flatbread, which is something I’d get again

Wow. One of the best. If you live in Quail Creek you can walk there. Most customers ride their golf carts. If you play the course, try the food. Fantastic.

We went to the Grill and we were impressed. The food was excellent, the service great. It wasn’t too expensive for the quality of food.

Expensive disappointment! Fairly limited and uninspiring menu. I asked the server to recommend something and they suggested the pork belly Benedict with chipotle hollandaise.
Despite the nursing home cafeteria ambiance and concerning menu, I went with their suggestion. What arrived was some of the saddest, most barely edible food I have had the disdain to have placed in front of me. To say I've had better food in a hospital or on an airplane is a disservice to the culinary workers of those respectable industries.
The English muffin had not been toasted. It was soggy to the point of being literal mush with butter and excess moisture from the waterlogged, over-poached egg which had a completely firm yolk. The "crispy pork belly" was a miniscule piece of limp grey and white disappointment.
Perhaps worst of all, the "chipotle hollandaise" was beyond flavorless. It was thin to the point of being transparent. Skim milk has a bold flavor in comparison. There was no salt in the sauce whatsoever, nor even a fleck of chipotle. I even had the server verify that it wasn't regular hollandaise [which still would have been unacceptable, given how bland it was], and was informed that "maybe the chefs didn't put very much chipotle".
Given that the restaurant employees young people for front of house, I have to give them credit for staying cheerful and attentive despite pushing such low-quality, overpriced food. Hence why the service received 5 stars.

Your basic, unhealthy heart attack fare with no healthy vegan or vegetarian options. Yes, you could order something, hold half the ingredients and pay a lot more than you should, but why do that? Amazing in this day and age when a lot of seniors have come to the realization that one's diet can have a major effect on one's quality of life and longevity. Robson's Saddle Brook Ranch restaurant, on the other hand, offers some decent healthy options. But unfortunately, Green Valley doesn't have one healthy and tasty eatery that we have yet found to make dining out worthwhile. Just our observation, which we hope to be proven wrong on soon!
