So even though it says on their website you can buy the STANDARD spring pass for $109, there is no button to add it and check out. I sent a message on FB chat and was told by one of their employees that I could buy the standard pass for $109 in person at guest services since it wasn't on the site. I called to confirm and spoke with a manager who would not sell me the pass anymore for $109 and claimed that BOTH the website and the person I spoke to on messenger were both errors and needed to be removed. And now wanted to sell me the extended spring pass for $169!! Complete and utter bs if you ask me. As a small business owner myself, this is very, very poor business practices. posted screenshots as proof
Lift tickets are almost the same price as Colorado when we've hardly gotten any snow. Half day prices only save 5 dollars and y'all no longer do military discounts on day passes. It's a shame because I've been snowboarding sunrise for nearing 20 years and yall have just gotten way to over priced it's not surprising why its gotten so dead. sad
This review is actually for the main Sunrise Lodge Pub… this season they have definitely improved service and food is good! They have a selection of canned alcoholic beverages and draft beer.. you can order food off the menu prices are reasonable and they are good size portions..the staff this season is a big reason the pub has improved, missed the names but the gentleman who makes most of the announcements keeps the place running and the gals behind the bar are friendly and rocking it.. the atmosphere itself still needs so much updating huge huge potential for that pub maybe one day we will see that.. I did use the restroom at the Midway Lodge and the updates to that lodge are very nice. Did not eat food there but bathroom services and water set out and fantastic views you can’t beat…..

Lots of potential but lacks a good ownership team. Easily the better ski mountain in Az but is always in disarray and very poorly ran. It’s too bad. They want your money but don’t want to spend enough on making the mountain great.
It was a bluebird day up at Sunrise. Sitting on the newly renovated deck, on picnic tables that had bolts in the right places...was magical! I love this lodge...looking up Nastar, the lift and the Mountain! The bathrooms are so much more accommodating, than Eagle's Nest, and the new non slip flooring..Wow!Looking forward to new windows to improve the view from inside...I don't know about the food, as I never know what lodge is available for food service. It would be nice to have both places open with a couple of employees during the week, with a limited menu...just a thought ?

Brought my own to sit for a break...
Prices for food are unbearable, but you do get a great view of the ski hills
Good food, service doesn't know how to keep up with the customers, lunch crowd can create a long line. But the green chili is worth it! Some of the best food on the mountain, and that for place will make your day on a cold stormy day on the slopes!
Standard burger and quick bite place. Pretty expensive, but you might expect that. The fry bread is good
Good for a snack and a beer. Almost never crowded. Need load station to top from here..
