The Open Range restaurant at Lost Resorts is an exceptional dining experience. It is a combination of rustic and classy Arizonan with exceptional food choices via Brunch, Lunch & Dinner. My wife and I continue to be impressed. On Saturday, June 14th we began with a 1000hrs Bruch and returned later in the afternoon for a 1630hrs Dinner. The food, service and atmosphere were wonderful, not to mention the live music we enjoyed on both Friday and Saturday nights. Most certainly is the restaurant manager Lizzie Thomas one of the top restaurant managers here in Arizona. Photos will follow this post.
Husband had chicken Parmesan. The pasta was not to his liking. He thought it tasted old. Chicken was good. I had the halibut. Very good. Sister had chicken Mac n cheese , it was good!
Love this place! Only downfall we were celebrating our anny and there was no mention of it.
Restaurant has a very nice atmosphere but one side has the ability to be open to the outside. This is great when the weather is mild, but temperatures drop quickly at this time of year and despite freestanding heaters and a big fire in the fireplace patrons were obviously chilled. They eventually closed one glass panel but too little too late. Nachos were a large serving but dry. Side serving of salsa and guacamole were both bland - guac was + $2. Menu special was bison chili. It was also very dry. Tasted like a big pot of refried beans. Online menu offered pizza, but that was not available this night.
Everything was perfect! ♥️
Loved this restaurant. We are fr9m Phoenix soooking out on the green field, lakes, and stream was amazing. The food was amazing and the service was attetntive but not hovering. We were here on a weeknight and it was very quiet. Loved the posibility of sitting by the outdoor firepits after dinner but had too many delicious beverages before and with dinner. Awesome cocktails!

The appetizers were great, the steak mac and cheese was meh. Not terrible but certainly not special.

Salad was fantastic. Spicy BBQ Wings were horrible. The sauce was so hot it burned our eyes from 2 feet away. It was hard to breathe in and our faces turned bright red all night. We left the Wings uneaten on the table and $30 less in our pockets. Went back to our cabin & had Mac n Cheese. The cabin management tried to warn us that the food wasn’t very good & was mediocre. The owner/manager needs to find a decent chef and should quality check their own food. Never again!

Hadn't been to Greer in 3 years so this place was new to us! We made reservations for our group of 5 which I do recommend. They had corn hole outside and we had a beautiful scenic view from our table! Great drink menu, food was great, there was live entertainment, and we played scrabble while we waited for our dinner. We didn't finish our game before our food came so continued playing after and we weren't rushed out! Looking forward to going back!
This was our first stay in one of the nine “signature casitas” of The Lost Resorts. It was very nice being so close to the ponds. We only wished that the cable television would have Fox News. What we enjoyed the most was the Open Range restaurant. When we arrived for our Saturday night seating at 5pm, we were given a very warm welcome from Lizzie Thomas. We had met her during a lunch with friends back in June. Lizzie made sure that we have a wonderful dining experience. We look forward to returning with friends.

Nice setting to see the mountains and feel the fresh air. Food was good, service was adequate.
Terrific lunch at the Lost Resorts. We were a party of 4 and all of us had outstanding entrees, Service was very friendly and timing of food was great. Beautiful view, we are looking forward to our next visit.
Just spent the 4th of July Holiday at Lost resorts with my family from Phoenix in two Historic Greer Cabins....fantastic. Grounds are BEAUTIFUL, 4th activities were fun, cabins comfortable and spacious. We had such a great time we immediately booked cabins again for next year....Thanks to all the staff for making it so fun
Love the building (repurposed barn), best restaurant views in town, clean building, attentive staff, pleasant music selection- but our simple meals fell short. Tough bread for one. This is a hard town to get great cooks, guessing. We will try again in time. If only ordering drinks this os a fine bet. We wish them well.
Very pretty location! Beautiful but I knew that I live locally. Made reservations 2 weeks in advance got our table no problem. $40.00 for two small pieces of ribs! I ate one half got 3 small ribs! And that was to feed two people? No. $40.00 for taco plate for two that was better got 6 tacos. All we heard from the waitress 4 times we don’t have this and we don’t have that concerning dinner items tri tip and even the wine she wanted. $98.00 and $20.00 tip! Nice atmosphere for sure but food value? We won’t be back. Oh, the glass of wine wasn’t drank, it had someone else’s lipstick on the glass, gross. Holiday weekend too. Food wise they were not prepared.
