This is an absolutely amazing hidden gem in Kearney-Winkleman. The food was so fresh and made to order. The home fries were sheer perfection. I review a lot of places and to be perfectly honest Maria's has the best breakfast I have had.

What a delightful place to stop on the way to or from Pinetop and the mountains. Maria is a delight! Don't expect anything upscale, but the place was neat and clean. The family are artists and most of the art on display was done by a family member or a talented local. I loved my tamales. The mass was moist and the fillings just right.I would have done with less cheese, but the flavors were right on.
Parking: Plenty of parking.
Kid-friendliness: It was Sunday after church and there were plenty of children.
Wheelchair accessibility: Only one handicapped parking space near the front door.

Great choices on the menu. Food has always been hot when we're served and tastes great. Service with a smile ?

Love this restaurant! My family and I go here all the time whether it's dining in or takeout. Food is always cooked to perfection, and the staff is very nice and helpful. The most recent time I came here to this humble family restaurant, I dined in with my boyfriend got biscuits and gravy the biscuits were soft and yummy the gravy was well seasoned the eggs were slightly overcooked I asked for over easy it came out over medium but I'm not that judgy over my eggs. I recommend this place to anyone in the nearby area for a nice yummy breakfast or lunch in cool AC.

It's an awesome place, it's remote so of course you won't be served as if you're in a 5 star restaurant but even despite the location and the lack of workers, if you just sit down, enjoy the views and the quietness of the restaurant it makes the food, which is already amazing, just taste all the more better. The staff that IS there are nice people and take care of you regardless of who you are, where you're from, or what you look like, so in exchange for that, if you've read this and plan to review, don't judge them harshly and ruin their humble business.

This was our 2nd time there, both times the staff was understaffed, the food came out barley warm, eggs were cold and the Waitress could not remember who ordered what. This is the last time we will ever set foot in this place.
