Aliberto's Mexican Restaurant

A chain we've visited in Arizona and California. I'm not sure if they are company owned or a franchise, but quality seems consistent overall. Their super nachos and carne asada fries are family favorites and never disappoint. The fried whole Talapia is my overall favorite as I love "picking" at my food. Prices are reasonable, and portions are large

Ordered 8 shredded beef tacos got home and they were fish tacos. My husband went back and they gave us our beef tacos and they were so soggy we feed them to the dogs. Never again will we waste our hard earned money there.

Great place to get a burrito for your long drive back to the interstate or down the mountain. Service is very good. Atmosphere is very small but this isn’t fine dining so it works.

normally we have a good dinner from Aliberto's, but, this was our first time in the Heber store and will be our last, drive thru guy was rude as hell, we had 3 orders of carne asada fries and all 3 tasted like the fries had sat in oil for a week, the meat was very dry and overcooked, you would think for 50 bucks you would get a decent dinner but not the case here.

These guys are so nice and the food is wonderful.

The lady at the register was phenomenal. She was very polite kind and she really treated us with respect.

They add a "pretip" to your order without telling you. Last time I come here on my trips. It doesn't show break down. I ordered a sausage burrito at 8.99, told me at drive thru window with tax at 9.71, then without telling me charged my card at pretip 10.25. Doesn't matter how good their food is when they do shady business practices.
