Bit of communications issue but we worked it out

When a certain employee is there, not so good but otherwise good. This employee shouldn’t complain about online orders in front of customers and shouldn’t toast the sandwich ruining it to eat for later. We order online to get the deals NOT because we are not patient and we are seniors living off of SS so affordability is paramount for us ! We get bogo footings and eat for lunch and dinner.

New girl on counter. BMT no cheese and left 1 of the 3 meats off. 2nd sandwich no cheese. They need better training.

Why is it when i order through the app I get my meal 10 to 15 dollars cheaper and when I go in I get charged extra the food is good occasionally I get a hair in my sandwich not often and I feel rushed out when I dine in with certain employees

I walked in today and it was 50$ for 3 sandwiches and 3 footlong sliders. However we normaly pay 30$ something for it. The manager Ethan added on more expenses then normal. To me this was uncalled for and rude.
Wrong time reported store closes at 7pm not 8
I eat at this store about once a week, I love the staff they are so friendly, they take pride in and enjoy what they do and it shows, I have never had a bad experience here.
Good service they are always nice. Food is good and they make the sandwiches with plenty on them. Lobby is clean and plenty of seating.
Two thumbs way way up. The place was packed, but each customer was treated like they were the only one in the place. Rebecca, Tristan and Carleigh, You are killing it!

The man who serves has a very bad attitude towards customers.

All of the veggies looked like they had been sitting out for days (this is a reoccurring thing at this point) the man in front of me waited less time than me and received 10% off for the wait time. I had to wait way longer than him and receive no discount. The employee didn’t even have enough knives. He had to go to the back and wash some after my sandwiches were heated they to sit there and get cold for him to go to the back and wash knives.

Been here twice now. The staff is absolutely welcoming, accommodating and helpful. Fresh ingredients and fair prices (considering).

Greg made our sandwiches. I’m a business owner and I wish my employees were this attentive, polite and all around nice. Greg made our sandwich’s perfectly haven though he was alone and had a huge line. I will definitely be returning and I think he deserves a raise. Dan K 9/2/24
