This was a 1 man show, but I had the best sandwich!!! More importantly the worker was kind and courteous.

The boisterous, aggressive manager, Ms. Sanchez interjected with demands for her to be the only one now to take my order, not allowing the nice gentleman to make my order. Prior to this, I was told by him that orders are customizable. I asked for him to exchange the ham for roast beef....That's when the manager became unprofessional with my questions and telling me I was arguing and she's the manager and to leave. She faked called the owner, Mr.Porter when I asked for her to, but continued to refuse to let the other employee to make my sandwich. She was only the one now to do it.!!!! Also, Ms. Sanchez was using profanity at the register when I first came in and ignored me, only yelling for the gentleman to come out.

I ordered a pizza sub with bacon through the app, and when I got it, it was cold, had a very small amount of pepperoni, with no sauce, I went back in to ask for a side of sauce and Greg told me some people don’t like the sauce and that I need to specify in the comments. I responded with it’s a pizza sub, it’s in the description, to which he mimicked my words back to me like a bratty child. Kind of don’t want to go back now even though I eat there several times a week
