2nd time there, both times for a birthday…THE FOOD IS HORRIBLE! Prices are outrageous and service is confused, the owner doesn’t help her servers. Our party was $450 this time, more the last time. We would pay 10x this to see our mom happy at the place she likes…but this place is just horrible…steaks dry, prime rib ? Or was it ? Chicken breast was cut thin , was extremely dry. Those of us who had soup with our meal , waited an hour and a half to get our soup. Didn’t even serve enough bread for everyone at the table. 17 ppl at our table and the resturant had 8oz cups for water, and only one pitcher for the whole house…so unfortunately , many water refill trips were needed at our table, but didn’t always get filled. It was awesome they wanted the money from our party, but they didn’t want to serve us! Shame on the owners! We even made reservations! This is 2 years in a row, we won’t be back! Shame on your $7.50 side dish upgrade of Mac and cheese from a microwaved cup! Shame on your offsite prepared soup! These other people need to stop lying about how great their food is because it is not !

I held a birthday party at brite spot for my son and had large group attend. Everyone enjoyed experience. The food is fabulous and staff very professional. I highly recommend.

Worst experience introducing myself to the neighborhood in my life . Waited all day to get to go sit in and have white Russians in the afternoon starting around noon, completely closed, finished up some work and went back with my neighbor worker before it was even dark to be Served some nice drinks and they Coldly turned us away and said they're long closed even though it wasn't even dark out yet . Absolutely Ridiculous 💯😳😬😡

My husband and I ate at the Brite Spot restaurant this past weekend. We both have the filet mignon dinner. It was absolutely wonderful. This is definitely going to be our go-to place for steaks from now on. We're still talking about how good it was - the best steak I've ever eaten. Chris waited our table and he was very attentive.

This place is nothing to look at on the outside, but, the service and the food is amazing. Four of us ordered full racks of Baby Back Ribs and they were delicious. If I had had another 10 minutes, I would have finished the entire rack. I will definitely return.....Great service.

very disappointed tonight, the prime rib was a little tough and the cod was undercooked. this is not their usual cooking. sprite for the drink was flat

Ordered 2 steaks, salads, and drinks. Arrived at 5:35pm and did not receive the salads until 6:30pm and another 20 minutes for the steaks. The side of fries with my steak was completely cold. This was noted as an anomaly by the staff and meal was comp'd at 50%. I will note the steak was made correctly and was good. Overall after almost 2 hours and decent food, I'd recommend just driving to Tucson if you want a steak other than Texas Roadhouse, honestly.
Great find in southern Cochise county off of highway 92. The restaurant was clean, well decored and for an interesting twist on seating( the chairs are on wheels!). We had excellent service and ordered the full slab of ribs. Tasty but a bit on the dry side. The Vegetable soup was kind of bland, but not bad( I was hungry so it didn't matter ?). Will revisit and try other entrees.

We had a family reunion in the back room at TBS. I don't know what I loved more; the charm of an old western steakhouse with nostalgic (and comfy) swivel chairs and stone walls, the unforgettable rack of ribs we had, or the warm service we recieved. If you ever find your way to Hereford, make time for this place.
