Ricardo's Restaurant is a new addition to the dining scene, offering a promising experience with a few areas for improvement. The staff is friendly and eager to please, although they are still finding their rhythm.

The chips served with salsa were less impressive, with the salsa being a highlight. The noodle soup that accompanied the meal was puzzling and seemed out of place.
