We had such a wonderful experience at this very unique restaurant. The ambiance, decore and the stuff was great. Our waitress Courtney was amazing, she made great recommendations for the food and drinks selection. She was very knowledgeable about what to do in town and recommended a few things. She made us feel welcomed. Great place. Definitely will be back.

Lauren, Albert and Ryan made our visit the best! We had so much fun and the prickly pear margaritas are the bomb!

Way overpriced for the quality of the food.

The wait staff was friendly and attentive but the food took way too long to be prepared. The food ranged from average to bad in taste and quality but the prices were way too much for the quality. The food preparation lacked finesse and was even childish in some cases.

Would not recommend.

Fun place. Historic and quirky.
Staff super friendly.
We were there only for drinks.
Quite a trek to the top of the hit to find this place, and so worth the trip!

Stopped here for lunch on our drive back to Phoenix from Sedona and loved it. Good service, a tasty salad, and that kitschy, cool, slightly haunting ambiance that makes the Jerome Grand Hotel so unique. Definitely worth a stop.

Food was basically cold and incredibly bland definitely not even close to worth the money you pay those type of prices and you expect incredible service and food not fries that seem microwaved atmosphere was really cool though but not worth the price

As expected, since it's in the Jerome Grand Hotel, the food was pricey but they also provide great presentation and just about the most incredible view to see while having dinner.

I ordered the chicken Caesar salad which is actually quite the bargain compared to their entrees. Very good salad. Came with 4 pieces of chicken and oddly one of them was spicy. Just another supernatural thing to happen in that hotel.

Service was great, loved our waiter. When my friend didn't like her drink he took it off our bill after we ordered another one. I like when restaurants know they are already pricey and so they don't try and nickel and dime you.

We arrived and it took a while to be greeted. The gentleman who greeted us seemed to be very lethargic and did not seem happy with our arrival. It was odd. We asked for a table with a view. There was an open table right near the window with a fabulous view but it needed to be cleaned from the last party that was seated there. There were no other patrons in the restaurant. He seated us in an adjacent table. When someone finally cleaned off the table, we asked to be moved to the table with the nice view. It was much better. I think the host just didn't want to have to clean off the table for us. We ordered the artichoke appetizer. The herb used on the artichoke had a strong flavor that was offputting. The accompaning sauces did not help. The salad was fresh and tasty. The atmosphere was nice and interesting. The view was really nice and there was a nice breeze coming through the open windows that we enjoyed. I'm not sure I would send others here just from the way we were greeted and felt throughout the meal. No one seemed friendly or welcoming.
