Arguably the best spare ribs I’ve had the pleasure to taste. It comes with a perfectly spiced (not hot, just a teensy little bit of bite) jalapeño BBQ sauce. There are other BBQ sauce options if desired. I paired it with the tangy coleslaw made with green apples. I’m not usually the biggest fan of slaw, but this one was absolutely delicious. A lot of people love the cornbread here (I heard other customers say so), but for me, something was off with texture. I’d eat here again without hesitation.

Definitely a must try restaurant in the Jerome area. There is great historical significance to the building, and in general it exudes such a pleasant, relaxing ambience. The outdoor seating area is very nice even in the summer as it is shaded and there are small fans. I am looking forward to sampling their barbecue offerings next time; for this visit we had cocktails, wings, and friend zucchini. The wings were fantastic - flavorful and with a good amount of heat!

Delicious brisket and BBQ chicken tacos! I recommend eating on the patio if possible, as the inside is small. This place makes the whole town smell great!
I have been wanting to try this bbq spot for a long time now and I was not disappointed! I started with a flight of local beers which were all great since I love trying new brews. For food I ordered the pulled pork along with the brisket and onion rings as a side. The brisket was so damn good! The pulled pork was juicy and flavorful and there is no wrong choice with the bbq sauces provided at the table. We also ordered the chicken wings along with a burger. Those are some of the best wings I have ever had! The burger was juicy and had great flavor as well. I can’t wait to go back for the hot links and the ribs! Thank you Amelia you are awesome!
3.5 stars out of 5. Dined on the very pleasant outdoor patio. Service was very attentive. I'm no expert on BBQ meat, but my chicken sandwich was only okay. Plenty of large chunks of chicken, but the meat came drenched in a mild BBQ sauce, and I couldn't taste the chicken. I would have preferred to add the sauce myself.
