Arguably the best spare ribs I’ve had the pleasure to taste. It comes with a perfectly spiced (not hot, just a teensy little bit of bite) jalapeño BBQ sauce. There are other BBQ sauce options if desired. I paired it with the tangy coleslaw made with green apples. I’m not usually the biggest fan of slaw, but this one was absolutely delicious. A lot of people love the cornbread here (I heard other customers say so), but for me, something was off with texture. I’d eat here...
Definitely a must try restaurant in the Jerome area. There is great historical significance to the building, and in general it exudes such a pleasant, relaxing ambience. The outdoor seating area is very nice even in the summer as it is shaded and there are small fans.
I am looking forward to sampling their barbecue offerings next time; for this visit we had cocktails, wings, and friend zucchini. The wings were fantastic - flavorful and with a good amount of heat!

I have been wanting to try this bbq spot for a long time now and I was not disappointed! I started with a flight of local beers which were all great since I love trying new brews. For food I ordered the pulled pork along with the brisket and onion rings as a side. The brisket was so damn good!
