My husband and I and two other couples had such a positive, fun experience at Cabal after having a not so friendly experience at another tasting room. McKenzie was absolutely fantastic, explaining the different wines we tried as two of us were novice wine drinkers. Such an inviting, welcoming experience, especially for those of us who DO like sweeter wines! We absolutely loved the wine and ended up buying three bottles between us. I would recommend this place a thousand times over. Also, if any in your party are not wine drinkers that is fine! They have yummy craft root beers / floats or chocolate which three in our party enjoyed!

This place rocks. My friends and I aren’t wine people. We are root beer float people. We came in here late on a Saturday to take advantage of the BOGO they have for floats. The wives came in later for some wine tastings. This place is chill and welcoming. Mackenzie is the perfect host. Friendly engaging and knowledgeable. For wine AND root beer! He knows how to welcome non wine drinkers and wine drinkers alike. We actually left with a nice port wine that I actually liked! Went great with the dark chocolate BTW.

My girlfriend and came down to Jerome for the weekend and decided to do some wine tasting. Cabal cellars was easily the highlight of trip. Mckenzie is the best wine expert we’ve ever done a tasting with. He was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and easy to talk to. The wine was phenomenal, I was partial to the Riesling and my partner loved the Highnoon red. Great prices, only 18 dollars for a flight. Will definitely be returning next we come up here.

He always had a smile on his face and didn't even make me feel stupid for liking sweet wines since I don't really know what I like at this point. We loved ALL of the Cabal wines!!! Wonderful small winery, everything was delicious, The Gambler, Merlot, Malvasia Bianca and High Noon will not disappoint. When in Jerome you must put Cabal Cellars and Domanico Family Wines on your list to try. You will NOT be disappointed!

On a whim we came inside of Cabal Cellars and we were SO glad we did!! Mackenzie really gave us the VIP treatment explaining each wine in the most engaging and fun way! We had such a blast, definitely a must stop. We will make the trip back just to visit this place because the service and wine were so great!
