Very, very, very unfriendly guy got our gelato and hot chocolate. Both were good but if you have kids just walk on by and don’t bother because they will treat you like dirt if you take them in there.

The Mayan hot chocolate is maybe the best hot chocolate I have ever had in my life. I had it a year ago and feel like I have been chasing the dragon with other hot chocolates since!! I was very excited to come back and have it again yesterday after a year. So so so good!

I was in Jerome three weeks ago, just got a charge from this little gelato/coffee place on my credit card last night - so now I have to figure out if they’re just three weeks behind on their billing or if my credit card has been compromised. Of course they have no phone number listed and the website is under construction, pretty shady and very frustrating. frustrating.

Can't speak for the coffee and Gelato, but we were browsing through the tshirt shop. I couldn't find the size of the shirt I liked, so I was looking at the size of the same shirt in the display window. The kid at the register states " Don't pull on the display". No offer to help, no common courtesy. Incredibly rude. I'm an Arizona native, I've NEVER experienced this lack of hospitality or customer service in Jerome. This was Monday, September 23rd, 2024 at 1230. I absolutely did not "pull" on the stick that was holding the tshirt. We left. Won't be back. He could care less...lol. Hope his management team sees this. We were prepared to buy several tshirts. Their loss!
