They do not list all of their ingredients on their products only some. I grabbed the dark chocolate bark on the wall which had no mention on milk, luckily the person at the counter said there was milk in all the products. I told her they should be marked, and with in a dismissive manner she said probably. Whether the reason is moral, religious, or for food allergy consumers have the right to know what is in their food. What else are they hiding from the ingredient list?

This ice cream shop is a PERFECT example.
My wife and ordered 2 chocolate milkshakes and paid OVER $22. Both shakes had the consistency of chocolate milk with a greasy, oily film on top which hints to me a very low quality ice cream.
Ice Cream Boy, who is clearly on work release and family of the owners, was NOT happy to be there. Probably because his wages are being garnished.
High school Sally would clearly rather be doing anything else.
However, I did get a good laugh at a sign hanging inside stating " there will be a $10 extra charge for grumpy customers" Now I understand this is a joke and probably just a cute little thing most people laugh at. I found it ironic, and DID NOT get a $10 discount for grumpy #1 and grumpy #2 who served and rang me up.
1 gallon of Ice cream at Frys or Safeway is about $5. About $3 or $4 for a gallon of milk. Go there. Make it at home. It WILL BE BETTER. Couldn't be more disappointed. The owners should be ashamed but we all know that would never happen, its painfully obvious they don't GAS.
Do the town of Jerome a favor and close your store.

I'm from Northern Michigan, so maybe Doug Murdicks Fudge has me spoiled, but this fudge was average at best imo. heavy sugar crystals and not entirely yummy...chocolate peanut butter was what I had, bought a pound, threw away 3/4 of

My wife went in to get some ice cream and a little fudge. The guy at the counter did not seem to want her there. She asked if it was ok for her to get some fudge. No response. He stood there impatiently waiting for her choose. Very off putting. Not a pleasant experience. Not coming back.

My face lights up when I see multiple different flavours with peanutbutter in. So of course I had to get them all to share. The boxes that they put them in are handy to carry.
The fudge was ok but the customer service was completely awful. The only lady working the fudge counter acted completely inconvenienced and cold towards us and only spoke to tell us the total. Then proceeded to make jokes and laugh with the man working the ice cream counter once we had left the shop. Spend your money at the candy shop just a few stores down, it's not worth giving even a cent to this shop that seems to only employ rude people. Plus one of the flavors was falsely advertised as it did not taste like the flavor, it tasted like plain fudge and not the dark chocolate salted caramel we ordered. Sad

Went today and got terrible service. No "hi", no "what can I get you," only thing she said was the total. Sorry we inconvenienced the woman working there and wished we had spent the money elsewhere. Save your money for a business that appreciates your business.
