Cute, tiny little café in Jerome! We were so impressed. Came in as a party of 8. It was a one man show but everything was super fresh and delicious, using lots of organic items. My kids had some juice that you could tell was real unprocessed apple juice! My chai tea was perfect! The freshly baked raspberry poppyseed scone was out of this world delicious. My girls had a simple a la carte breakfast, eggs and fruit but the fruit was not your ordinary fruit, fresh and local variety. Black Cherry's on the stem, peach slices, blackberries and papaya to name a few. My sister's breakfast bagel sandwich was a monster! The ham was off the bone, Christmas style ham. So glad we popped in for a bite. Would definitely return when in Jerome!

The Flatiron Cafe was one of the highlights of our 5 day bikepacking trip through northern Arizona. Chad has created quite an oasis in the desert and is well worth a stop or detour on your way through Jerome! The espresso is 10/10, highly recommend the homemade baked goods. Thanks again Chad! 🤘🚲🏔️

This tiny hole in the wall, with barely enough room to fit 12 people has so much charm and chill relaxing vibes, full of amazing smells and foods. The people working here(who I'm guessing are the owners) are so awesome. The food tastes amazing and super like home made with high end restaurants flare and flavors! (All made to order so slight wait on the food, but very much worth the wait) It's so worth coming in for the food alone! Everything else is a plus!!

This was exactly what we were looking for- a cozy spot to sit and drink coffee the way it’s supposed to be made. Will be back tomorrow morning.

Bumped into this spot by chance. Had the executive, a london fog and a blueberry scone to go. It was delightful. Eclectic atmosphere featuring local artists with 50s tables/chairs. It was perfect.

Fantastic little gem! I’ve been to Jerome several times but never at breakfast time. Bad weather was expected around lunchtime, so we headed there early and stopped into Flat Iron for breakfast. It wasn’t fast. With only one employee working delicious miracles in a tiny space, you can’t expect food to be ready in a hurry. But it was fresh, delicious, and hit the spot. The chai latte was one of the best I’ve had in Arizona. Definitely give this place a try the next time you’re in Jerome.

A great place for breakfast and coffee. The owner/operator is expert on all things Jerome and also very kind and considerate. Don't pass this place up!
