We were driving across northern Arizona and arrived in Kayenta in time for a late lunch. We saw Amigo Cafe’s billboard advertising Navajo Tacos as we were coming into town and decided to stop there. Talk about good fortune! My wife had the Navajo Taco and I had the pork posole with blue corn fry bread. Absolutely over the top delicious! Be sure to try one of their coffee drinks. I stopped in on my way from Monument Valley to Page. The lady inside was very nice and polite. I had the Mexican Omelet and it was fantastic. The sauce that came with it on the side had the perfect amount of heat. Very good place!
The meal was excellent. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed due to an event, but we were able to order takeaway. Short waiting time and very large portions. Absolutely recommended!
