They would not give me a lemonade with no ice because of the type of lemonade that it is and it makes the weight of the truck messed up. The weight of the truck has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with giving me a large drink without ice. Doing no ice however does make them lose more lemonade since the ice takes up space meaning I get less drink. If you are going to lie to your customers at least make it believable and make sense.

I ordered the special sandwich off of their sign. They charged me the regular price. I wanted the special. They told me that the special was not the one I ordered. I was reading my order right off of the sign. Someone should have acknowledged that the sign was wrong and apologized. Instead they were treating me like I was a difficult customer. Arguing with me.
