I ordered the special sandwich off of their sign. They charged me the regular price. I wanted the special. They told me that the special was not the one I ordered. I was reading my order right off of the sign. Someone should have acknowledged that the sign was wrong and apologized. Instead they were treating me like I was a difficult customer. Arguing with me.
I was very impressed with the manager, I apologize for not getting your name. She was on lunch. I was having issues with the Arby's app. The gentleman behind the counter went directly to get her and during her lunch break she took care of my issues! I think that is commendable. So 5 stars for service! Food...was ok, not as good as I remembered it being but ok. And as fir price..I got a deal using the app. But just like everyone else, they too increased their prices.
Arby's has always been one of my favorite places to go. Ever since I was a kid it's always given me good memories and such.
This location everytime I've went has always had friendly staff and a clean place. Plus the food being really good and not having to really wait on the food. So good on you guys!! ❤️❤️
