The staff is so kind and helpful, I felt so at home here with my family. There were so many flavors to choose from, and all of them were filled to the brim. Kelly was so bright and funny, and Kiah stayed patient with me while I tried almost every flavor! I will definitely be returning.

We have a family of five-and the workers here were super cool with handing out multiple samples and were really friendly with our kids. Ice cream was delicious as always and these are the kind of workers I appreciate-store was clean. Literally couldn’t ask for a better experience here

I love Baskin- Robbin's, in general. I've been going in their stores for so long. I raised my kids going to thier stores for special treats! My husband and I were excited to get an e-card for a special treat! I went into the Kingman, Az , Baskin Robin's, Stockton Hill Rd. I ordered and presented my ecard. I asked her how do I use this?? I've read the directions, but I'm not sure I get it, my 1st time. She informed me in a rude disgusted tune that she couldn't help me. I thought she was & she had the hand scanner. But, she said I owed her for my order! I paid and left. I called the company that issued the ecard the next morning. To my surprise, they said my ecard was totally spent. There wasn't anything I could do. I haven't been back to That BR! I have wanted to write the review. I guess there were things I could've done. I just thought whoever the clerk was having a bad day & couldn't afford a nice treat?? I'm still trying to have that thought. I know it's not much money! But! It's the fact she stole it from me!! If she reads this I hope you enjoyed it!! I can now move forward... I will take my new ecard , I got from playing games and take my husband for a treat.. I truly hope I can give 5 stars! Ps I know know how to use ecards.

The lone lady on duty was friendly, helpful and efficient. Some flavors were out of stock which was disappointing but the service made up for that.

Just went in got attitude right when we walked in on how they close in one minute. It is posted on the window as well as on this platform that they close at 930pm with nothing stating they close earlier for winter hours, which is funny since it’s spring.

I come here often. But this time, the ice cream was way too soft being scooped right out of the tub. By the time you add warm marshmallow and sit down, it is runnier than a shake. We used 3 different flavors in 2 double scooped sundaes, all soft. When you pay over 6 dollars for a sundae, I expect ice cream to be frozen.
Looks like the owner has never put a dime into this place. Sad for our Kingman community. Walls are dirty, holes in the seats, filth everywhere. Employees didn’t even welcome us. Sad.

We only go to Baskin Robin's once every 3 or 4 years. But, when we do, we indulge. Of course the ice cream is awesome. We are older folks, so we don't care for Rap music. It was distracting. There was a new girl that dished my hubby's treat. The two scoops were 1/2 the size if mine, from the trainer lady. They were both very nice. The upholstery was still torn from 3 or 4 years ago. We will go back, in another 3 yrs or so.

I was just there on Friday June 2 23! Went in and headed to the prepackaged area, a young girl came over and asked if I need help, super friendly I ask for PB Chocolate, she said we don’t have any But I can make you one! She seemed to really enjoy her job, she was quick too. I’ll be back for sure ?
