Just went in got attitude right when we walked in on how they close in one minute. It is posted on the window as well as on this platform that they close at 930pm with nothing stating they close earlier for winter hours, which is funny since it’s spring.

I come here often. But this time, the ice cream was way too soft being scooped right out of the tub. By the time you add warm marshmallow and sit down, it is runnier than a shake. We used 3 different flavors in 2 double scooped sundaes, all soft. When you pay over 6 dollars for a sundae, I expect ice cream to be frozen.

Looks like the owner has never put a dime into this place. Sad for our Kingman community. Walls are dirty, holes in the seats, filth everywhere. Employees didn’t even welcome us. Sad.

We only go to Baskin Robin's once every 3 or 4 years. But, when we do, we indulge. Of course the ice cream is awesome. We are older folks, so we don't care for Rap music. It was distracting. There was a new girl that dished my hubby's treat. The two scoops were 1/2 the size if mine, from the trainer lady. They were both very nice. The upholstery was still torn from 3 or 4 years ago. We will go back, in another 3 yrs or so.

I was just there on Friday June 2 23! Went in and headed to the prepackaged area, a young girl came over and asked if I need help, super friendly I ask for PB Chocolate, she said we don’t have any But I can make you one! She seemed to really enjoy her job, she was quick too. I’ll be back for sure ?

Because of a recommended flavor, I was in the shop 4 times within 10 days. Here's what I have to say:Best real ice cream shop in Kingman! SUPER friendly EMPLOYEES!! Store and bathroom, CLEAN. Small parking area. I'm not sure if there's parking in back. Handicap accessible. Sits back between Chipotle Grill and Five Guys. Congested, high traffic area."Love Potion #31", highly recommend!

This has been my favorite ice cream since I was a kid. It never disappoints.
We don't visit much anymore since the prices have been rising. We could not really afford it BEFORE inflation started rising the prices last year, now we really can't. Maybe we go twice a year. We love the ice cream. We have RARELY had a problem with the service. We used to order ice cream cakes too but can't afford them now.

Not much can be said about an Ice cream parlor. My wife likes Soy free ice cream and this establishment is conveniently adjacent to 'Five Guys'. We come here frequently when on vacation. It was rather entertaining that we were here in mid November with a temperature of 89F and the intercom was playing Christmas music. One minor complaint was that some of the barrels of ice cream seemed rather soft on the top. Make note that there is no Wi-Fi service.

The place is pristine clean, the staff is friendly, fast, and very helpful. The ice cream and banana splits are worth the price. High quality and excellent customer service . Better than homemade and the staff cares.

Went to this Baskin Robbins last week for a delicious cup of icecream. All was good and well until the cashier (I believe her name was Darlene?) was being snotty. It took me a minute to decide on my flavor and she was visibly getting impatient with me. She rolled her eyes when I asked for a taste of one of the flavors. When I got my icecream, she audibly sighed at me. Everyone else seemed to be nice though. I don't know what crawled up her a** that morning.
