I prefer the service here during breakfast over lunch, but the food is always cooked fresh and the way you ordered it. The staff here is friendly and attentive. There is plenty of parking.

The one in Bullhead City AZ has better food. I asked for extra crispy hash browns & they were barely cooked a sprinkle, I mean tiny sprinkle of crispy 99% of large portion was barely even cooked. Restaurant not crouded which would have explained the hash browns had they been
been. Next trip to Kingman will try else where.
Disappointed.

Our waitress Jessica was absolutely amazing, sweet, and attentive! But, it should not take 45 minutes after being sat to get our food! Your cooks need to get their act together!

I’ve been a strong advocate for Black Bear over the years. It’s been a good option as a trucker to get away from the more commercial chains like IHOP and Dennys. With that being said, today has seriously disappointed me and I am extremely dissatisfied. Black Bear always looked honest and with their food advertisements, portion sizes and pricing is usually fair. The Thanksgiving turkey dinner was very underwhelming, cold and flavorless. The picture on the menu looked filling with thick cuts of turkey but what you got was 4 super thin sliced pieces of turkey barely a step above the lunch meat. I am extremely disappointed that they charged $29.99 for this meal and their competitors have similar meals for half the price.

We love Bkack Bear because we can always count on consistency. Not this time. Chicken fried was tiny. Usually covers half the plate. Had to send the raw hashbrowms back, even though ordered crispy. And then, the were full of onions. Which I can't eat. So i ate cold toast and a tiny chicken fried. We asked to sit in back room because we wanted to have a quiet conversation, and it was empty. The hostess proceeded to sit the next 3 tables right next to us even though the main room had tons of open tables. Then 2 of those tables got served way before us. Our waitress was newer, and she did a great job: that's why service got 5 stars. Otherwise extremely disappointed.
