We went to the diner on Saturday and my hash browns were not cooked all the way. My toast had no butter on it. I usually love the food here but this time I was very disappointed in the cook.
This is a great place to go for a nice, home-cooked, sit-down meal like the ones Meemaw used to make. It has a pleasant, open atmosphere with slightly rustic decor, giving it a familiar, welcoming community lodge look and feel that only enhances the home-cooked meal effect. Kid-friendly, you may want to bring the whole family out and get to know each other a little more.
I had the Bacon Bleu Burger With Homemade Crispy Onion Straws with a House Salad and it was honestly a delicious meal but the Service felt slow and I felt a forgotten at times I ended up using the decorative paper that they put down as my napkin.
