The employees cannot get your order right. We were missing 3 items and we were in a line of 3 other customers that were missing items from their orders too. Their soda machines were down and it took forever to get your drink from behind the counter. My whopper was destroyed with mustard. Thats all I can taste. Only compliment I can give is the place was clean and my daughter loved the play place.

While traveling stopped to get the sponge bob meal. What a disappointment. We bought 3 meals from the kiosk inside to go. No strawberry cheese pie no cheesy bacon bites. When asking about the meal not having a pie and no cheesy bacon bites we were told it was on the sign. Wow so not having it on the Kiosk is ok.👎🏻👎🏻

I have to say this place used to be really bad. The workers seemed to HATE thier job. Very rude and gave the impression of why are you bothering me. Wrong orders and cold food. We stopped going there. We wanted it and tried again after over a year. It appears a whole new crew and management is there. Employees are very pleasant and helpful. Food was correct and hot. Definitely customer service oriented now.

Best customer service. I was there today around 12:45. The employee (who I think might have been the manager) was so nice and accommodating when they ran out of some of the sponge bob meal. He was very kind.

Very clean and pleasant location. Personnel were polite and thoughtful. Impossible burger tasted better here. Mgr was excellent! She was very considerate. Will return next trip.

I say kudos to the management and the current staff because this restaurant in my humble opinion is operating on 180 degree turnaround in the last 6 months. Every time I visit I see an improvement and not only the cleanliness, the speed of the food, the staff appearance and customer service. The drive-thru line goes quickly, the to-go orders are ready in a timely manner and not missing items. I say great job guys and keep up the good work!

I will not go back. It is not only teucky on how to turn in to even order, the neat is less than ever. I felt like got mayonnaise and hot ketchup made a dripping greasy mess. I have been thru both the drive thru and dine in and I would have rather went anywhere else after thw wait and food quality. I would nit recommend anything that you like to get full on.
