Went in and ordered sandwiches. When we got there they said they only had small patties. No large patties so we ordered the mushroom Swiss melt and ended up being told they couldn't give us those that we had to get Whoppers the employees didn't know much. As for zesty sauce, they didn't have that soda machines broken. Couldn't get any kind of diet Coke or Dr pepper. The grill was broken. It's like everything was broken when we went in on Saturday March 1st. Granted he did give us the receipt and told next time we're in we can get free sandwiches but that's not good enough. Even the manager was like this has been going on forever and apologized to us. But everybody looks at reviews. It was very poor. Everything was broken including soda machines out of everything. What kind of restaurant is this?

Kids had fun playing in the play area. The only issue was the manager was yelling at and belittling the entire staff. In front of all the customers which I found to be very unnecessary. Everyone else was courteous and we had no issue with our large order. Food was hot and fresh.

I placed an order for pick-up through the official Burger King website. According to the website, pick-up was available without any issues. So, I walked from my nearby hotel to the restaurant. When I arrived, an employee came outside and asked what I needed. I explained that I had placed a pick-up order and was there to collect it. However, she told me that I could not pick up my food without a car. My order was already prepared and sitting on the counter, but she refused to hand it over simply because I was not in a vehicle. My car was parked at the hotel, but instead of offering a solution, they just left me without my paid order.
This is completely unacceptable and extremely poor customer service. I do not recommend this Burger King and strongly advise against ordering from here!

We are Burger King fans, however. Yesterday early evening we had this experience: Did not receive small order of fries The fries we did get were cold and hard The chicken nuggets are not chicken The chicken sandwich was on a round bun It was tasty. Hope for improvements next visit!!

My grandson threw up while playing. He threw up near the table. The young man who was told to clean the area up basically told me i had to do it. I did. I did end up complaining to another employee. He told the young man it was his job to clean it. In the end we weren't even able to eat our food. I asked if I could get my money back because we had barely taken 3 bites and the employee said it wasn't their fault the child threw up. So I lost out on $20. The least they could have done was offer to replace our food. As it was our food was sitting in the window for at least 4 minutes. I had to go up and ask for the other. Needless to say it was lukewarm. I will never eat here again. Customer service was very questionable
The only thing this place seems to be consistent about is the food being old. Stale buns, french fries were so bad that as soon as you chewed them they had to be spit out. And how is the carbonation in your soda fountain always broken? This 100% falls on franchisees and managers.

Just went to the drive thru to get the new fried pickle whopper and the bourbon bacon whopper. However, the drive thru attendant tells me he’s out of everything for both sandwiches. How can u be out of supplies? This happened a month ago as well with the Addams family whopper. Someone needs to be fired! Bad management and inventory counting. If I was a DM, I would be replacing the general manager. You cannot run a successful business if your unable to keep up with supply and demand! This store is always a constant disappointment. I wouldn’t waste ur money or time here!

25 min in the drive through to start. Out of stock on a few food items. Also out of stock for ketchup?! What really stinks is that I was the only person in the drive through the entire time. Ten employees that really didn’t care about much. Asked for honey mustard and it must have been funny handing me regular mustard 3 times? I guess I’m not amused with people who just think it’s funny to act so ignorant. $49.70 for food and this is the experience. I’m glad the employees were entertained giving a couple girls such a hard time.
