I stopped by Carl’s about a week ago, and let me tell you this place is the real deal. From the moment I walked in, the service was top-notch. Sofia and River absolutely killed it super friendly, knew their stuff, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers

Sophia and Rick were very outstanding in many ways. Food was awesome and warm. The food was made the quickest at that Carl’s Jr I’ve seen since it was there. Great music, clean inside. Stocked well. And all together awesome. Thank you and great job!!!

This place gave me the worste food poisoning of my life. It lasted 3 days. Could not hold down any food or water for the 1st. Could not eat any solid food for the next 2. I almost went to the ER but thankfully the symptoms died down finally by day 4 and I was finally able to eat solid food again. I'm never coming back to this place. It was the only place I had eaten the night prior to getting sick. I have no doubt in my mind something was up with the food I got.

Shawn has an amazing attitude and make the job look like something he really has fun with and enjoys. Most of the workers here seem eager to please while the food is always on point flavors! If u have an issue they will work to fix it.

I must tell you about River and Sophia they make a great team and are an asset to this establishment. Every time I come in and they are working it makes my visit that much better. They always make sure my food is hot and fresh. You can just feel the love they put into making my food too. When they're making my meal I know it's going to be amazing.
