Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

Ordered ultimate fries that were NOT SUPPOSED TO HAVE RANCH . I TOLD THEM NO RANCH. THIS IS THE THIRD TIME THEY RUINED MY ORDER. WILL NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THERE NO MORE. Double check your order before you leave from there people.

One of the worst staffs in town very rude and left things out that were ordered I will not be returning fries were under cooked and by the time I got my food it was all cold might possibly be the worst fast food restaurant in kingman the wings were so dry they weren't even edible and leaving out the ranch definitely didn't help if I could give a lower score I would

I bought a couple of jalapeno poppers from Walmart deli while I was waiting for my car to get out of automotive..I sat at Charlie's to eat them and the employee told me their policy is no outside food allowed in their dinning area..which I know they have no such policy and I was literally the only person in the dinning area..I asked her if I bought a drink from them would that allow me to eat there and she said no..so I moved twords the outside of the store where all sorts of Walmart shoppers were resting their feet,drinking their Walmart sodas..then the girl proceeded to complain to the only customer about how rude I was.

i eat 100 chicken wings once monthly i eat in one sitting casual nothing fancy it helps me keep fit diet food the more the merrier a winner boy do i feel like hitting a grand slam after eating one hundred of these wings highly recommended and then some goodbye

My chicken was dry and overcooked and was barely any on there. The sandwich was pretty bare except the overload of ranch.

I love this place. I come here often when I am in town. The food is excellent.. Definitely try Charleys Cheesesteaks if you haven’t already.

I ordered a philly and classic wings and cajun fries, when i got there to pickup the order I checked it and they made boneless instead of classic wings, I let the young man know and he and the other gentleman were very polite and apologetic and started the wings right away after they confirm that I indeed ordered the classic wings I also asked the gentleman if he could make new fries as the first would be soggy by the time the wings were done which he agreed. he also told me just keep the boneless wings because they would throw then out anyway. a couple minutes later a woman walked and asked what I needed i told her what happened and that they already took care of me, she then proceeded to start going thru the bag with the food at that time I stated again that the had already took care of me which she raised her voice and said I AM THE MANAGER !! she then opened both boxes and started looking up my order which the other two already did. she then asked the younger man what he was doing making fries which he told her why. she then stormed up to the counter and said if your getting more fries I cant have the mismade order which I was already told to keep so I pulled it out and gave it to her she them thru it in the trash can. The MANAGER was extremely rude and has no customer service at all, you should think about making the young man the manager as he has the qualities to handle people unlike that woman.

I had the best service by the guy name Adam with glasses he was so polite and the way he made the food it seem like he was putting his all in it and the food was great

Any time I come here I get service quick, always pleasant conversation with the staff and food that's certainly consistent more often then at venues just outside of their walmart here.

Also the fries and icees are to die for!!!!

I am assuming she was some sort of shift leader or manager..in her flip flops behind the line ..bigger lady with black hair..anyway..this poor little old man with a walker needed help getting water in a cup from the soda machine. This woman shouted angrily across dining room at this little man ...wearing a veteran hat ...she didn't choose to help him yet 3 different times shouted at him that he was pushing wrong button trying to get water. I will never return to this Charley's . This was not ok...I dont think she was even on shift because her boyfriend was there and they left hand in hand into walmart after the public verbal slaying of a sweet ol guy just needing help. Shame on you for having a person like this leading your crew.
