I love it here! Monday-Tuesday $.50 wing special, I’m always greeted with a smile by Penny. She is the manager at this locations, and always makes me feel like family. It’s because of her professionalism and dedication that’s makes me come back every week. The food is on point, delicious, and I’m always in an out quicker than the flash. Thank you Penny for your wonderful team and how amazing the service is every time. Keep up the great work.
The service was good but the food was HORRIBLE!!! I asked the person at the counter where the wings baked or fried. He stated they were deep fried. I got the bone in wings with Korean BBQ sauce, gourmet fries (cheese, bacon, ranch).Took one bite of the chicken it was overcooked and dry. The fries were frozen out of a bag with cheese sauce, bacon that tasted like bacon bits and watered down ranch.The gentleman that took my order asked me how was the chicken and I told him horrible. He said it must have been the Korean BBQ sauce. I said NO the chicken itself was horrible.I will not be going back.

Went into Chairles in Kingman the other day and I noticed a 10 year old little Mexican girl working the front line, not sure if the place knows about child labor law, I don’t like that fact that this is even allowed! Won’t be back won’t support a business when there breaking the law.

Decided to stop by this location for lunch real quick one day and let me tell you, I have been to a lot of different Charley's at different locations and this one by far was the BEST location I have been too... The whole staff is super friendly and makes you feel like if your their family member and the food was so fresh and tasty... I wish I would be able to come to location everyday!!!!!
Food is great aslong as its hot. If it gets cold meh. The French fries are the best in kingman and don't pass on the strawberry watermelon lemonade. All in all a great place to eat even if it is in wallmart. A little pricey but worth it.

The food was exactly what I ordered. The shake maker was down so the employees decided to make me an Oreo Sundae instead. I appreciate the extra effort put in by the employees, especially since I understand when something goes down, all our can do is make the best of the situation. Fabulous
I went there about a week ago and I ordered a cheesestreak and some wings and it was absolutely horrible the meat tasted really old or like it had been left out the floor and tables were dirty and the wings were raw I wouldn’t recommend coming

This was Undoubtedly the worst Philly cheese steak sandwich I have ever had. A Philly cheese steak is supposed to be made with provolone cheese, grilled onions and green peppers. This one was made with a cheddar cheese sauce that was slathered over the beef. It truly reminded me of a sandwich from Arby's. I was very disappointed and probably will not be back.

I went I. Last week and had a bad experience with the woman that was working there. My grandson order a children’s meal it came with a drink. He is eight. We were waiting for our food and Nathaniel went to get his drink. They had the icee and fountain drinks together. We weren’t looking at them and Nathaniel asked if he could get an icee. We said sure. Then the cashier said you know that is extra. Which we didn’t because we couldn’t see the sign. she told my granddaughter in a not so nice voice that was a dollar more. Tasha went and paid the dollar. Then she said and nine cents. Tashagave her another dollar and said it would have been nice if it had mentioned the extra charge at the register so we could have paid it then. She through the 91 cents in their tip jar. I had already tipped on the order. We we discussing that they should have had it so we knew because we didn’t look at the machines after we paid because Nathaniel was the only one getting a drink. I had order a shake for mor my husband but that was being made behind the counter. They brought the food and I don’t have the shake. I mentioned it and she went back and looked at the order on the screen even though I had the receipt in my hand. She told the other employee to make my shake I moved down the counter. I had mentioned when she was done that she may want to work on her attitude a little bit. About two minutes later she walked down and said that as far as she was concerned I never need to come back to the restaurant. I repeated that all I said was she needed to work on the attitude and I had been quiet about my comment.Then it escalated and she raised her voixe and unfortunately I did to. I told her I had left a tip on the card and I didn’t want her to touch a penny of the tip and walked out and I said some not so nice words to her.She did get her wish I will never set foot in there again. I did complain to corporate and of course heard nothing. I have worked in the service industry for years and have never spoke to my customers the way she spoke to me. I tell my customers they keep me employed my boss just signs the paycheck. Sorry about the long rant but I don’t get a response from them .
