“I stopped here on my way home and ordered the chicken strips on 9-30-24. They were quite busy but one person stood out. Her name is Rose. She not only was training but moving quickly to serve everyone. My food was awesome and I want to thank Rose for her patience. Great leadership.“

“Stopped in for a meal enroute to Reno. I was placing an order from the manager who was working the cashier. A disgruntled customer approached to complain about his order. He was very rude and demanding, insulting every worker within earshot. She handled the situation calmly and reasonable. Its hard enough for me to wear a mask when entering stores. I can not imagine the workers who wear them all through their shift, making it hard to hear customers who are wearing them clearly. Kuddos to this young manager. I didn’t catch her name, but she did great!“
