Did a pick up order which was late. The woman at the check out counter didn’t say anything to me when I came in. I waited my turn it took a while. And then she helped people that came in behind me . In the end my food was cold. And I had no ice left in my drink since it must have been sitting for a while..I was almost late getting back to work. The only thing still good was the ice cream . She made it before it was given to me. Reached out to Chili’s still waiting for a response. Edit never got a call back from this location.

Got there right at 11am today for lunch with 3 others, two of us had the rib combos and both sets of ribs were over cooked which means they were cooked yesterday and we cooked this morning. For the price I paid for everyones meal... This should have been fresh. I will not take my team back here for lunch again. And before the owner apologizes and tells me how much they care, they really don't. I'm not eating your left over crap again. Kingman Chillies Sucks. Thanks for the full price re heated food.

It was very amazing my family had our dinner at Chili's grill in Kingman, Arizona our Waiter Colton was very attentive polite had good customer service and very welcoming
The hamburger was amazing it was one of the best I've had in a while. It melted in my mouth it was perfect. Our waitress was great, very attentive, but not too much. She was professional and nice. I would recommend the QP burger it's delicious. Great place welcoming atmosphere.
