Just scoop the foot into the bowl/burrito/taco why am I waiting in line for 15 minutes.

Completely Gross. Nobody cleans here. Bathroom is so bad i would not even take a pic because its really bad. Here around 5ish pm 3 people in line. Food table, floors, grill, windows filthy. Manager needs replacement! Pics don't even show how bad because i wanted to keep the nice workers out of it.

Health department needs to over look this place !!! It’s disgusting. Once I got done eating my bowl I felt my stomach rumble . Did not let me sleep due to me getting food poisoning/ diarrhea/ throwing up all night . Services was also really bad ‼️ don’t eat here !

The 2 people on shift during lunch were working as quickly as they could, while still being professional and patient with the customers. And the food was still good, even though I got the last of the lettuce and it had obviously been frozen.

Got the tacos. Employee put a minimal amount of rice and meat on them. Chicken was old and rice was cold. Chipotle has gone downhill!!!!! I only go here every once in awhile and always and disappointed in the amount of food I get for what it costs. More than likely won't be back at least not for awhile. Hopefully they have improved by then.

They screwed up our order. Too bad. They have good food but I didn't get what I ordered. Stupid AI pepper needs to be fired.

I would love for this issue to be corrected Scott, but the website you gave me is the same one I tried to use last night. Your automatic AI chat is extremely frustrating and I don't want to talk to pepper ever again. A free carnitas bowl would be wonderful. All I'm asking is for what I ordered.

It’s 1 o’clock in the afternoon they don’t have white rice. It won’t be ready for 25 minutes. So I got to stand in a busy line for more than 10 minutes just to be told what I want won’t be ready for another 25 minutes. this location has poor customer service along with poor time management. It’s lunchtime. How can you not have white rice? For a burrito that’s going to end up costing me $18 I expect the ingredients to be there and to be prepared. Once Again, I have no faith in this location or what they are trying to do to change it.

I got 3 big chunks of fat in my barbacoa. My Adult son who was with me got at least one. Usually they are good That is the Chipotle in Kingman is usually good but this time they were not. I would have loved to just give them an email and tell them about it so they could fix it instead of giving them a one star rating. But that option was not offered to me by my phone. This option was offered to me.
