The service here was beyond atrocious and overall very upsetting. The worker that made my food was throwing ingredients recklessly and would scoff and make remarks after every single ingredient that I asked to be added to my meal. By the end of this uncomfortable upsetting encounter, the worker started shouting at me and became very hostile. Last but unfortunately not least, after paying for my food and receiving horrendous service, the worker then proceeded to throw my food to the counter in front of her and made me feel like I was being forced out of the building after handing over my hard earned money. 0/10 service would never come back again.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Chipotle. I placed an online order so I wouldn’t have to wait in line with my child, but when I arrived, my food wasn’t even started. About 10 people walked in after me and all got their orders before mine. I ended up waiting almost 30 minutes even though I ordered ahead.

When I finally got my food, it was honestly terrible. I asked for light rice, not no rice — but they gave me almost none at all. The entire bowl was cold, and there was no guacamole at all, even though I paid an extra $1.25 for it.

This was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had at Chipotle. If online orders are going to be ignored and the food is going to be cold and missing ingredients, then what’s the point? I won’t be ordering from this location again.

The only problem with this steak at Chipotle lately, is the last 3 or 4 times it's been really fatty steak. More chunks of fat instead of steak.

Chipotle absolutely nails it every time. From the moment you walk in, the smell alone makes your mouth water — that fresh grilled chicken, the sizzling steak, the roasted veggies — it’s pure magic. The line moves fast, the crew always keeps things clean and friendly, and they build your bowl or burrito exactly how you want it, no shortcuts. You can taste that everything’s made fresh, from the cilantro-lime rice to the guac (and yeah, it’s worth the extra cost).
What I love most is the consistency. Whether it’s lunch in the middle of a workday or a late-night grab after a long shift, you get the same bold, smoky flavors and perfect balance of spice every time

Just scoop the foot into the bowl/burrito/taco why am I waiting in line for 15 minutes.

Completely Gross. Nobody cleans here. Bathroom is so bad i would not even take a pic because its really bad. Here around 5ish pm 3 people in line. Food table, floors, grill, windows filthy. Manager needs replacement! Pics don't even show how bad because i wanted to keep the nice workers out of it.

Health department needs to over look this place !!! It’s disgusting. Once I got done eating my bowl I felt my stomach rumble . Did not let me sleep due to me getting food poisoning/ diarrhea/ throwing up all night . Services was also really bad ‼️ don’t eat here !

The 2 people on shift during lunch were working as quickly as they could, while still being professional and patient with the customers. And the food was still good, even though I got the last of the lettuce and it had obviously been frozen.
