Went in to get dinner while in town with some family. Stood in line for 15 minutes and was waiting for more rice to be done.A bowl of rice was brought out that was about half way full. My family ordered an Al Pastor Bowl and a Barbacoa bowl. I then ordered a burrito with no rice for my husband and then started my order for a Carbitas bowl and someone came from the back and got the rice and said they’d be back with more rice to fill the bowl up. I said ok, I’ll wait. Waited five more minutes and that person came back out and told the guy that was making my food that there would be no more rice for 45 minutes. I asked what about the rice that was just here and you took. They said they took it for the back for online orders and that I would have to have something with no rice or wait. I had already waited 20 minutes for that rice and two people in my party already got some of that rice. I asked to speak with a manager and he stated that online orders take first priority and that I would have to wait for more if I wanted some. I was very frustrated and did not understand why online would take priority over in store people. There was only one person working that seemed apologetic about what happened, the young guy making my food. The manager and a very snotty young lady behind the counter, who was the second person on the line to fill your order and the person checking me out just simply stated online orders comes first, you will have to wait if you want rice.I did pay for what my niece and her boyfriend ordered before mine, a burrito for my husband and some chips and salsa and they all said their food was good.I was really upset by the unprofessionalism of the staff and that online orders would take priority over in store orders, escpecially when part of our order was complete and two of us didn’t get any food.I also don’t understand how the staff was unprepared by knowing rice took 45 minutes and if they were so low, why wouldn’t someone have started ahead of time.The total of my order was still $42.77 and everyone got what they wanted in my family except myself and my sister because we wanted a bowl with rice and toppings and that wasn’t possibly without waiting another 45 minutes.So overall, I was really excited to have Chipotle while in town and didn’t get to have any due to lack of proper planning unprofessionalism from the staff and the fact that this store prioritizes their line orders over in store orders. When I walked out without my food, about 10 others behind me did as well because they too wanted rice and did not understand why online orders took priority.

They haven't messed up once! The staff here are friendly! It's always quiet here and not a lot of people sitting inside when we come! There is one girl in there that really knows how to do her burritos! I think I came once here that the person was putting very little in the burritos and of course I said something about it. Haven't seen that person since that day. Anyway, I still come when I can and I like when the staff is really good! Keep up the great work!

I come to this location fairly often. Only recently has there been some issues iv noticed. 1, this location doesnt seem to account for the rush. I have been in this building several times where there was a rush, and at least 2 protein options were not available for the entire length of my visit! Shocking! 2, every single time i order on app, i dont get any napkins or forks. I have learned to just pick up my own, or stock some in my car. And 3, i recently found a LIVE BUG in my food. I took it to the manager, and he didn't seem to care. He offered to remake my food, but i was genuinely surprised with the lack of urgency. I reached out to chipoltle, and they gave me a free entre, but still, the issue did not seem urgent to the franchise manager nor the app support. Check your food for BUGS! Since this is the only Chipotle in Kingman, despite my less than positive review, I will continue to eat here.

Food was tasty but not at all warm. Don't really care for cold rice and beans. Ordered a bowl and thought it would be a hot meal.One person was cleaning the glass but said she was cleaning and couldn't take our order. Thought that was odd.

My go to spot for "trying" to rat healthy while away from home. I go with the protein bowl. Around $13.00. Good portion. The seating is a little awkward due to the small store design.
