Food quality is good. Preparation is always weak. Wet scrambled eggs. Over medium is always over easy,runny.

The hash browns were overcooked and the portion was very small. For an upcharge I would expect more than just a couple of bites. The coffee was weak tasting Luke they reused the grounds. This was a very disappointing visit.

Stopped at this location for brunch before our drive. The food was absolutely delicious! I enjoyed the meatloaf while my husband tried the shepherd’s pie, which is not only incredibly tasty but also a large portion of food.
Our waitress, Jessica, was the only flaw today during our visit. We were seated in her section by the hostess, and then, we just sat. After seeing others who arrived after us being waited on and having their drink orders taken, my husband asked a neighboring server about our waitress whom we had not yet seen. This particular server gave us a lame excuse that our waitress was probably busy, but now at least we had her name (Jessica) and our drink order was taken. Another few minutes went by when Jessica, our waitress appeared. She took our order and we did not see her again until we were leaving the restaurant. Someone other than Jessica brought our food and refilled our drinks. Sadly, I feel as though Jessica, whether having a bad day or not, needs to revisit customer service skills before continuing her present profession.

Comfort food in a homey atmosphere. Old school candies and various themed merchandise. Busy place tho. OK, the Sunday Fried chicken dinner is delicious. Cut it up, put a piece on a biscuit with honey...OMG, awesome!

$ 1. Extra charge for hashbrowns that were very little and no good. Biscuits were much smaller and burned on the bottom. The bacon was so so. You used to have great breakfast, blueberry muffins, yogurt with fruit and oatmeal.

They brought us raw shrimp! We ordered the shrimp Skillet and when it came out the rice was crunching. The shrimp was raw. They screwed forgot the sides that we ordered. I won't be going there again.

I usually like Cracker Barrel, but yesterday's meal was disappointing. The whites on the medium, over easy eggs were runny; the pancakes were very dark on the outside and raw inside; the bacon was brittle; the sausage and ham were dried out. Plus, I asked for sugar free syrup and was given regular.

Had a good time. Tried their ribs....scrumptious. Wonderful service as well!

Our family had a wonderful experience at this cracker barrel in North Kingman Arizona. Our server Jeremy went above and beyond to provide exceptional and courteous service. Our food was excellent. We also appreciate that Cracker Barrel has an allergy sensitive guide for their foods. The country store area was filled with the most beautiful gifts, clothing, nostalgic candy, food items and clever children's toys. You can really tell that the staff here work as a team, and the manager Katrina appreciated our positive feedback. We had a great experience! Five stars!!
