Culver’s has become a favorite. The food quality is excellent. Their fish sandwiches are the best around. I love their double butter burger too. The fries and onion rings are awesome too. I recommend to friends and family all the time.
Ordered on line . When I got there I pushed the button on the app to let them know I was there. Went in asked for my order I was told they are still working on it. So I sat down & waited. I see the screen say no more orders. So we asked again it was sitting under there the whole time. 😡 the bread was soggy. Food didn't seem very hot but warm. Not good this time. Disappointed .

I ordered $60+ in food for my family last night and they forgot my dinner completely. I was already home and everyone's food was going cold so I didn't go back that night. I took my receipt in the next day on my lunch hour and let them know what happened. They promised to honor the order and asked me to pull around.
I sat there in line for 20+ minutes while car after car got their order. Finally, one of the employees asked me if I was waiting for an order. I let her know about my order and she went back inside to get it. She came back out and apologized, said they were making it now, and offered me a free ice cream or shake. I said no thank you to the ice cream, I just wanted my food, and she went back inside. I waited a few more minutes and then I just left.
It isn't that they missed my items in the original order. And I understand if they didn't want to replace my food but lying to me and telling me multiple times that they would replace it isn't right. And having me sit there for half an hour on my lunch break waiting really does not sit well with me. They could have just told me "I'm sorry there's nothing we can do."
I'm glad I didn't accept the free ice cream. I wouldn't have gotten it anyway.
