Oooh what an absolute disappointment! The food Was Disgusting fries were raw and greasy as hell!! The quesadilla was hard and inedible and the Burrito was cold I had hoped for so much more with the price of food these days it was as I said am absolute disappointment the ONLY descent thing I can say is thank you for being open on Christmas but then again I wouldn't have wasted my money so I take it back teach your cooks how to cook

The food absolutely was horrible and the fries were not even cooked well enough, my wife and I literally bit into cold fries. My grandson couldn't eat his fries and he said his burrito was cold. This is absolutely the worst meal we've ever had and a huge waste of $30. Never again and I will tell everyone I can to avoid eating here.
Update: So I was contacted by Del Taco, they wanted to know more so I told them the whole story and even sent them a copy of the receipt. They cared so much they sent me a $7.50 guest voucher, they didn't even care enough to replace my whole meal. To the person in charge who sent this insult I will never step foot in another Del Taco and I will tell my story on every Facebook page I can and I'm disabled and have a lot of time to do just that. The guest voucher was an insult and shows just how much you care about your customers being satisfied, thanks for proving my point! Taco Bell is just down the street and they actually care and I've never been disappointed there.

I use to love Del Taco, I went there all the time in Kingman Arizona but since the prices have gone up I can't afford to go to Del Taco to eat any more. I all ways ordered the 2 Del Tacos, with sour cream, Large fries and a soda and some times a Big Del Burrito but can't afford that any more. I have not been to Del Taco in 2 years or more. đđ˘

The deceptive advertisement. The burrito folded in on both ends only the length of the bottom of the bag. Order grilled chicken burrito and combination burrito. Order deluxe chili cheese fries double well done. Only received chili cheese fries and the fries were cold and limp. Took them back inside and they said they were out of onions. And they gave me a cup of tomatoes and sour cream. Time for a class action lawsuit against deceptive Advertisement, the food is never what they advertise.

Every single time I ask for no tomatoâs what do they do? Load my food with tomatoâs. How hard is it to follow a customers order? Iâm so pissed off right now and donât have time to go back and have my order fixed.
The cashier didn't seem to know the menu, never heard of the Fiesta Pack. Then I ordered a grilled chicken burrito and was asked if I wanted chicken or steak.... Huh? I looked at the menu and it was only listed as a grilled chicken burrito and no fine print about steak. I pointed out the obvious and was still corrected despite no evidence to the contrary. Afterwards they thought it would be a good idea to talk about the customer in front of the customer... I refrained from sharing my response because I didn't want to make any of the guilty parties cry. I would stay away from this one unless you are into dirty restaurants with subpar food and clever employees.
