Ordered delivery. We live only 10 minutes from store and consistency it takes 20 to 30 minutes to get our order once they leave the store. Google maps sends them to the other side of town and doesn't recognize our street. By the time we get the pizza it's always cold.

I will never order from this location again! It’s ridiculous to charge someone $30 for one medium pizza and they won’t do anything to redeem or give you any credit for their failure to be clear on their menu.

This is the third time I’ve ordered from Domino’s and all three times it’s been great. I used to order from Domino’s a long time ago and their quality went way down but now I don’t think you can find a better pizza in this town and the people were extremely courteous and the manager is great

They got my whole order wrong i paid online app and paid with card for 2 large pizzas and stuffed crazy bread and they gave me 2 medium pizzas and bread bites instead and they made me pay twice for the order

Took the time for online ordering. Watched the progress bar and bingo! Order is ready,yay! "Are you picking up?" Of course I say yes ,give my name and nope they don't see it. Asked the pizza makers,nope. So now I'm told as soon as this customer counter guy gets done helping the guy he's helping,he'll look my order up on the register. Okay 10 mins later that mishap resolved and boom! Counter guy is gone. Not even a glance , all of a sudden he has now become pizza maker. What the heck! So thank goodness one of the employees sees my wtf look and ask some other guy to help me. Again gave my name. And he says yep there it is. How would you like to pay? Naturally I ask you have it? Yes he says. You found it? I ask. Goes over there a low and behold it's there. Almost 30 min. Has gone by. 30 min of me inside the dominos. And now I'm taking the time to share this experience. On line is faster,easier and the way of our future. Not impressed and not looking forward to some of the future exploits.
Our three pizzas were truly horrible. This was a big shock because we had ordered almost the exact same pizza just four days earlier, at Domino’s in Frankfort, Kentucky (at lower prices). I left a 5 star review that day, as the pizzas at the KY Domino’s were truly delicious. There seems to be a major problem with consistency across the Domino’s brands vast spread of locations. The AZ macaroni was good, but we didn’t order macaroni in KY, so there is no comparison on that.
