Unfortunately, I have discovered yet another Dunkin donuts in Arizona that is absolutely clueless regarding their benchmark COFFEE COOLOTTA. The adolescent behind the counter looked at me like a deer in the headlights when I made my simple request that I'd made no less than 500 times since the invention of the wonderful iced drink....
