Unfortunately, I have discovered yet another Dunkin donuts in Arizona that is absolutely clueless regarding their benchmark COFFEE COOLOTTA. The adolescent behind the counter looked at me like a deer in the headlights when I made my simple request that I'd made no less than 500 times since the invention of the wonderful iced drink.... Let's get with the program Arizona.....

While I only had a chocolate glazed donut it was fresh and delicious. They had a large selection. The service was great and the lady was attentive and so nice!

I ordered a peppermint mocha and wanted it hot and got it iced and tasted no peppermint. Didn't have time for them to remake. Also got the brisket tater tots and it was only half full.
