My husband and I truck and we live in kingman so we are here often, and when we come home we always stop at this Dunkin because not once has our drinks been made wrong! And for a Dunkin that’s extremely rare. The staff is always friendly and fast. We do mobile ordering which makes the whole thing even faster. Love this Dunkin!

I had a disappointing experience at the Dunkin' inside the Petro Travel Center in Kingman, AZ. I ordered a pistachio drink, but it tasted unusually sour and had an overpowering amount of caffeine. When I politely raised my concern with the barista who prepared it, his response was dismissive and came across as rude, simply stating, “That’s how it’s made.”
Frustrated by the attitude and the quality of the drink, I ended up throwing it away on the spot and leaving the location.
Overall, the service was poor and lacked basic customer courtesy. I hope the management addresses these issues and takes steps to improve staff training and professionalism. Based on this visit, I would not recommend this location. 0.

This is your standard Dunkin store, inside the Petro Travel Center. The store is located off the I40 a good 10-15 miles east of Kingman, Arizona. The store has a good-sized dining area and appears to be well maintained. Since we stopped very early in the morning, they had just received a fresh supply of donuts, which were very fresh and tasty, but not the coffee, terrible. And the breakfast sandwiches were not the best tasting meal we had that morning, overcooked and lacking any flavor. The staff members were not the happiest people to deal with but maybe it was still too early in the morning. The prices might be a tad overpriced when compared to Dunkin stores you find in town, but not bad.

*update* so after getting my drinks 100% correct every time my husband and I stop here, this morning and yesterday our drinks were just milk and no flavor. I’m super bummed! I hope this isn’t going to become the norm..I guess there might be new staff here? Sigh. I’ll keep my old review up just in case they start making our drinks correctly again

no one cares that you are standing in line, they serve whoever they want, I stood in line for 30 minutes and 2 people walked past me, I made a remark and it turned out to be my fault because I stood a little further away so as not to disturb others and they told me that there was no line

Was super happy i stopped off here mid journey, the coffee was spot on, donuts were super fresh, ans service was fast and friendly. A large sitting area all spotlessly clean. Highly recommend this dunkin for your next leg stretch!

Walked in around 11:30am today to grab a bagel and a coffee only to immediately hear the woman working the register complaining about gay folk to her co-worker, so I turned around and left. Just leaving this review as a warning to both my fellow LGBT truckers and anyone who happens to be travelling through, this Dunkin and this Petro by extension are not safe places if this is the kind of vitriol they condone.
