Waiting there for over 45 mins. Went to window because drive thru was to crazy and they called everybody else and my drinks were waiting behind there somewhere after went up to the window 2 and also never got a magnet because they didn't know what they were doing. Need better Management.

Today I sat in line waiting for my order to be taken busy this lady should not shut up and do her job red hair was wearing a pink and silver highlighter vest proceed to talk about schools and instead of taking the rest of the orders that proceeded to build whilst she was slacking and her co worker proceeded to do all the work #bring_back_the_old_crew

Went to Dutch for a Mystery Pin Drop and they gave me 3 of the same pin. What's the point of a mystery if your gonna pull the pins out of the same box instead of mixing them up. This was my first pin drop I went to and I will never go to one again if this is how they distribute the pins. Really takes the fun out of getting different ones.

Just left there and my first impression wasn't great. The lady who took my order was rude and dismissive of everything. When we got to the window we waited patiently for our drinks. Only for us to get our drinks with absolutely no flavor what so ever. The caramel latte I ordered had NO CARAMEL FLAVOR. The pumpkin Brulee I ordered. NO PUMPKIN FLAVOR AT ALL. In total I wasted 15 minutes for drive thru coffee for rude customer service and terrible coffee.

This is by far the worst one and every interaction with the he she employee has been rude....dont make drinks right then coughs a attitude when you say its ot made right....dont ask for straws, got attitude over that too...the WORST DB ever

ALWAYS extremely high marks for this place... I was extremely happy to have one here in Kingman! Maybe you could put some sort of misting system out for the employees that are working out in the hot sun... just a suggestion. Otherwise, I can't recommend this place MORE than I already do! I tell EVERYONE about Dutch Bros!!!!!
