Went for lunch Sat around.12:30 went through.drive thru the.girl at the window was like a lump.on a log no customer service just just took our money,.no thanh.u them no salsas, no napkins,them she gave us spoons for a salad spoons ,she them closed that window as fast as she could ,I love Pollo loco but thete customer service needs work will wait.awhile before I go.back

The El Pollo Loco has great food, generous portions, and friendly service — no complaints there! But for such a big chain, it’s surprising they don’t offer a military discount.

Less than 1% of Americans serve, and it would be a simple, meaningful way to show appreciation. Hopefully they’ll consider adding one in the future — it would make an already great experience even better.
