We came back from a bus tour from seeing the grand canyon. Some went to Chipotle, McDonald's and Five Guys. Everyone was able to place their orders and sit down to eat their whole those who chose Five Guys waited.
I originally wanted Chipotle but when I saw their line I changed my mind. I guess I should have stayed so I didn't have to feel so rushed.

Weird experience. Took almost 30 minutes to get my food after ordering in store. Fries were scorched, I know they look normal in the pic, but they were WELL done. Like potato chip sticks. They basically gave me half of the usual amount for a little fry. Burger was way over cooked and chewy. This has to be the first bad experience I've had at a five guys. Cashier just looked at me and didn't greet me. Didn't ask if i wanted a drink. I feel like this place would fail a secret shopper.

What’s the point of online order ahead if they’re just going to wait until you get there to start your order? And they are so slow and always goofing off. I get wanting to get along with your coworkers but you should still be focused on your job, not ignoring orders and messing around or gossiping with your coworkers. This location has gone downhill over the last 3 yrs

The only thing I have to complain about is the time it takes to get your order. I was there on a lunch break (1 hr) and there were maybe 3 ppl before me. I was there over 40 mins for 2 hot dog and fries. Otherwise the food is good, staff is good, always clean. I'd definitely go bk but I'd have to be sure I have time. Don't go if you plan on a quick order.

Considerably more expensive compared to other fast food chains but the quality is unquestionable. The store was ice cold but clean. They also have vegetarian options which is not an easy thing to find in the US fast food chains.

I visited the Five Guys location in Kingman during my trip and ordered a burger. This was my second time visiting the chain. I placed an order for a hamburger, cheeseburger, little hamburger, fries, and drinks. The place was busy, so I waited for about 30 minutes before receiving my order. However, to my surprise, the burgers only had buns and patties—no toppings at all.

I initially thought I might have made a mistake with my order, but the white male employee with a beard, who took my order, didn’t mention anything about the toppings. I assumed the burgers would automatically come "All the way" with toppings included. But I was baffled to receive just bread and patties. Is it Five Guys' policy that customers have to explicitly ask for toppings? That doesn’t make sense—who eats a burger with only buns and patties?

The more I thought about it, the more I felt discriminated against. Was it because I’m Asian and my English isn’t perfect? I asked another staff member for toppings afterward, and while I did get them, it was incredibly humiliating to have to add the toppings to the burgers myself. Not surprisingly, the burger didn’t taste good after such an experience.

I ended up wasting an entire lunch during my trip, and it left me with a bad impression. Five Guys should definitely train their staff better to avoid this type of situation!

I can never remember that a burger is actually a Double burger and a Single burger is listed as a Little Burger. Fries are great and the order huge.

Expensive but delicious. $40 for 1 Bacon Burger, 1 Jr Bacon Burger, French Fries and a large drink. It was my husband 's birthday and he loves cheeseburgers. These are by far the best with all the ways to customize.

Dietary restrictions: Very peanut friendly. Stay clear if you are allergic.
