I am a self proclaimed BBQ snob and have experienced BBQ brisket in nearly every state. I don’t usually comment unless something very bad is experienced or something very good.
With that said, Floyd’s BBQ brisket is among the best I have had anywhere. Very tender, nice smoke ring, dark crust. It is as perfect as it can be done.
Additionally, the staff is very pleasant and attentive. The place is exceptionally clean. It was a very enjoyable experience.
