Staff was very friendly and on it. The food came quickly. My husband is gluten free and lactose free and he had a few options for breakfast.

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and lactose free options available

I have considered IHOP as a healthy alternative to eating while traveling.

But really Kingman IHOP very unhealthy I asked for a white egg with meat and it had half a liter of oil.

They had burnt onions and only 1 piece of chicken.

You can see the photo 60% of the quesadilla is empty And potatoes drain oil.

Employees do their job well. Management and up is to blame.

This IHOP in Kingman is shockingly bad the food was terrible the eggs and hash browns were clearly microwaved after they've been cooked the pancakes were called when I got them and the service was terrible cracker barrel probably 10 times better than this place right next door I probably should have just gone there

The quality of service has gone down greatly at this location in recent years. This used to be one of my family's favorite places to go out and eat, but their service has taken a deep dive since this new GM toke over. She can hardly speak, read, or write in English, let alone Spanish. She lacks any customer service skills and doesn't accept any responsibility for her mistakes or faults. The problem is that their wait staff has taken on this same attitude and it is a big turn off for customers. If people want to complain about DEI hires, here is a prime example, and I'm Hispanic, so it makes people like me look really bad.

Vegetarian options: Limited. We waited 25 minutes to get our food. People who came in were served food before us. Quality was good , servers chatting , slow to serve food that was on the warming counter.

So the food and service we had was amazing. We came on 12/27 in the morning and it was very busy with multiple large parties. So it was a bit of a wait, but that’s expected. But the service still remained awesome all considering.

What was unexpected however, was the manager being absolutely horrible to one of the servers. I guess a good portion of people called in that morning, and of course that adds stress to any job. But there is no reason for the manager to take that out of the individuals who did show up to work and verbally attack them for it. Especially in a setting where customers hear that, because that is just embarrassing for everyone involved. And that manager should be embarrassed by her behavior. I hope it was just one really bad day for her and that it isn’t normal for her to treat the servers like that…

Waited about an hour because of the holiday (Christmas). Just too eat in the car. Food was definitely edible and well procured. Ordered the B's & G'S (Biscuits & Gravys) and my OM eggs were a little over on one side. Bacon looked a little skimpy but that's normal from the franchise.

Extremely slow service all around. Took several minutes to be seated, even though the place was super slow. Food took too long for how slow it was. Again, I had to sit at the table for several minutes to wait for my check. I was never checked on and am not even sure who my waitress was. IHOP, please do better! For this kind of service I could go to Dennys.

We ate here twice, on two different days, within the past week. Service was consistent, and excellent. Food was served hot, and tasted amazing. We are a family of 4 and ordered different items. Everything was great.

Special thank you to our server, Eileen. She is wonderful. The manager, Norma, is fantastic. Thank you and we'll for sure be back in soon!

I have eaten at IHOP in multiple cities and seldom been disappointed. This time I was. Atmosphere was fine and service was great. The food was the downfall this time.
I ordered the blueberry pancakes and my wife had biscuits and gravy. Neither of us were happy.
Generally the pancakes at IHOP are light and fluffy. I mean, your signature dish, you do it well. I never had a tough pancake before. Don't know if the batter was drying or what. Taste was fine, just a bit tough to cut with a fork.
Wife said the biscuits and gravy were fine, but a bit skimpy on the gravy. Only gravy for one biscuit. Unfortunately she had two.
