I honestly do not understand the hype French fries are absolutely garbage after multiple visits still hate them. They were soggy and undercooked The burgers are descent definitely not worth writing home about I don't understand why there's 30 cars in the drive through there's so many better options

Placed a simple order. 2 double doubles fries soda and a puppy patty. They’re busy I get it. Took over 20 min to get my order. We were with our dog so we sat outside to eat. They forgot the puppy patty so I went inside to get it. That took 20 more minutes to get. By the time the puppy patty came out my entire meal was cold (sitting outside.) I love In-N-Out but that was ridiculous.
Honestly one of the best burgers I've had in a long time servers were friendly and pleasant to talk to what a difference than being in Las Vegas Nevada
