Wow! Customer Service!!! Shout out to Deborah who was working the dining room... she saw me waiting for my To-go order and asked if she could get me anything...I told her yes- ketchup and 2 kids activity packs..which she did right away and then asked me my order # and went and checked on it.. I had 3 bags and drinks to carry out and she offered to help me out...we went outside and waited for my husband- who was pulling a trailer and had to park down the street...we set my bags...

This location is printing money in a small rural town. I-40 ensures a steady flow of business, but to the detriment of locals that may want to eat there.

Wait times are obnoxiously long but the quality of their food has won me over enough to where I will accept that issue to eat there. It tastes how a fast good burger should taste.

Other franchises could learn a thing from them about menu simplicity helping to ensure consistent quality.

Place was packed but service was quick, lobby very clean. Their lobby attendant went above and beyond. She went from table to table delivering napkins and also bringing ketchup and sauce so you didn't lose your table. One of the best we've been to.
