Advantours

I saw that the drive through was a long queue, so we decided to go inside instead. A bit difficult to find a space for the car, but we managed to find a spot next to the trucks parking area.

My first time visit to jack in the box, so I don't know their standards, but my wrap was so so small, it was just a snack instead of a meal. For $3.29 I'd rather go for $8.29 wrap from Subway anytime.

Absolutely slow service. Out if stock on menu items .. can't order this ..can't order that ..out of stock . Out of all diet soda products in the machine. 10 min wait for a single combo order.

This was my first time at the Jack in the Box in Kingman, Az.
I pulled into the parking lot and I thought it was closed due to very poor lot lighting. While waiting at Drive thru. The windows were disgustingly filthy. A heavy set older woman(assuming she was the Manager) was wearing Pajamas. The young man helping me with my order was friendly and polite. He was the only positive experience there. I was so turned off by the dirty and dark conditions and appearances of the employees working there, I didn't even eat the food. Jack in the Box should be embarrassed to have this store open for business.

I came through the drive thru during there lunch rush I work fast food I understand the frustration when it’s busy but I got the simplest jr bacon cheeseburger n they couldn’t even make it right along with attitude from the lady taking orders on the speaker she seemed irrated and was very short n rude to everyone ordering. The curly fries were amazing tho!!

I ordered through the app and the food was made as soon as I ordered. Normally this wouldn't be a problem because I usually order from apps while I'm outside the restaurant but this time I was 5 minutes away. I ordered the food and it said 7-9 minutes. The drive thru line was super long and took an additional 15 minutes. By the time I got my food everything was cold.

I wanted to share a frustrating experience we had recently at your establishment. We waited in the drive-through line for over 30 minutes, which was already disappointing. When we requested a refund due to the excessive wait time, the employee at the window responded rudely, telling us not to give her ā€œan attitudeā€ and claiming the wait ā€œwasn’t that bad.ā€ When we asked for her name, she shut the window and refused to serve us the rest of our meal.

The supervisor eventually came to the window, but when we requested the remainder of our order and the name of the employee, we were told they didn’t have to provide names. This interaction, along with the poor service and extended wait, made for a very unpleasant experience.

We understand that things can get busy, but the way we were treated was unacceptable. I’m hoping you can address this situation to ensure better service in the future..
