Stepped inside and 4 people are in front of me, took them 10 minutes to put them down, she sat there and looked at me, and for like 10 minutes after that I finally said forget it and I left, I'll never come back to this place again just because the service sucks.

JB's is always good!

Very good. I had the chicken fried steak breakfast ... Meat was just right amount of crisp and tender, the eggs were cooked exactly as I ordered them - over medium. Friendly and helpful waitress.

I used to eat here quite often. The food was good, the service was friendly.
I don’t know what changed, but the last time I was here, I brought my fiancé out to dinner and as soon as we walked in, the waitress who seated us had a poor attitude right from the start.
Didn’t care enough to think anything of it. After we were seated, my fiancé asked her how much the salad bar costed, she then proceeded to tell us that everything was priced in the menu and left without answering our question.

My fiancé and I both ordered the same thing we always do. The steak with mushrooms on top. When we got our steak, my fiancé’s was way undercooked and mine almost tasted like soap.
We decided to ask her to send his back to have it cooked a little longer, to which she did without saying a word.
Then once he got his steak back, it was very obviously charred and tasted burnt.
At this point, we were both upset and decided to just pay for the salad bar and whatever else we ate, but not the steak.

The waitress then grabbed our plates, said, “I knew this would happen.” then walked to the front.
I thought maybe she was talking about the chef.
We followed her to the front to pay our bill and I could tell that she was upset. Out of curiosity, I asked her if the chef was a new employee. Giving him the benefit of the doubt.
And she told me, “No, he’s not new. I don’t know what your guys’ issue is.” to which I realized that she was blaming us for the poor tasting food.
Without a word, my fiancé and I left and I called back to ask to speak to a manager. The same woman got on the phone, telling me she was the manager. I told her I would call back another time when another manager was working and she told me to not bother and hung up.

I will no longer be returning to this place. Which is very unfortunate because it was at one point one of my favorite restaurants in Kingman.
Nor will I recommend this place to anyone. No one deserves to be talked to like that.
