The staff gave my order to someone else. The customer returned it because it wasn't his order. The staff didn't apologize for the mix up, didn't check the order. That was my first and last time I'll go to this store.

I have eaten quite a few times. I prefer JM's over Subway or Jimmy John's any day. All the staff on this particular day just seemed to be preoccupied.

As always, Jersey Mike's is a treat! Fresh and delicious! Great service too.

First, before delving into this otherwise negative review, I want to acknowledge that the employees themselves were really nice and accommodating. I think the issues today may be more attributed to poor management or ownership.

This was the most inconsistent experience I’ve had with any Jersey Mike’s, and our family are regulars. The only consistent part of this was the chips.

- out of tomatoes
- out of soda
- discolored veggies (browning lettuce, browning onions, almost white banana peppers)
- didn’t cut the meat for our bowls and were out of plastic knives to cut it with later)
- Crunchy/stale chocolate chip cookies
- Heavy metal music playing

Again, all things that seem to be caused by poor management or planning. But very nice employees who seemed to know what was going on and were therefore pretty accommodating.

We drive through Kingman every so often—would love to come back to this location and see if improvements were made during our next visit ☺️

The employees were extremely rude, stared at yet not acknowledged. When making sandwiches workers were very dismissive and didn’t even ask what toppings we would like. They didn’t have the bread that was requested, and had little topping options to offer. Food preparation surfaces looked dirty and were concerning. I wasn’t sure if I should even eat this, even though why would I want to? No mayonnaise or anything because they didn’t bother to ask. Extremely overpriced for the sad excuse for a sandwich that I was given. Also, I’m pretty sure eating it made me sick. Although, I’m surprised after witnessing an employee putting back a topping off of another customer’s sandwich since they asked for it removed. Not to mention, once again, the dirty working conditions. Please clean your establishment and work on employee training. I would like to be treated as a customer and guest, not an annoyance to the workers. Probably won’t be coming back, and I recommend you don’t either.

I have been to Jersey Mikes several times and service is disorganized. I keep returning as I like the sandwiches. Today’s experience was met with a guy who had dark sunglasses with his eyes not seen. He takes my order and through the confusion of another customer it is not clear who has ordered. Eye contact is very important in communication. I will think twice before coming back. In the end again the employee’s and service is disorganized.

This location is dirty. Some of the fountain drinks didn’t work. The workers had no personality at all. But the sandwiches were good.

AVERY AND ARYANNA ARE ASTONISHING!!!!! A couple of girls including myself went in 20minutes before close and received the best customer service there! We were nervous to go because it was about closing time but was greeted with a smile and good vibes! 10/10 experience and would recommend those girls to anybody! They really are somebody that deserves a raise since it’s so hard to find customer service like that anywhere!
