Jersey Mike's Subs

Gave 5 wrong sandwiches and didn't customize them.

What a disappointment this place is. I used to really enjoy jersey mikes. I’m not sure what happened but it really seems like the employees just don’t care. They don’t take pride in their jobs and the customer service is severely lacking. I placed an order and drove 30 minutes to get it and when I get there, they tell me they are out of bread. There was no empathy from the staff- it was just like, oh well who cares. It’s really disheartening to see what the customer service industry has turned into.

They close at 8 instead of the posted hours 9pm.

Do not order your sandwich through the app here. This location will keep your order behind the counter and make you wait until they’ve helped everyone in line before literally just handing you the bag.

Philly cheese was dry. Grill man don’t know how to mix cheese & beef. Also took 22 minutes to get a Philly. Forget about it….

This is the 2nd or 3rd time my husband had a bad reaction to the #56 Big Kahuna beef, without the jalapeños. Maybe they are leaving the beef out too long. Had a funky taste each time! Noticed they had a lot going on at the grill & was not cleaning it after each order as they should & each time. And, for some reason, had to remake the sandwich, apparently forgetting to not include the jalapeños. This happens EVERY TIME lately!! Also, when asked to cut the giant size into 3rds, no one seems to know what that is cause it comes cut in 1/2 or 1/4s! These are not inexpensive sandwiches! And we were regulars for a long time… Maybe it’s time to try Subway or Jimmy John’s again… tired of getting sick!!

Take out. The super sub-Mikes way is so good with soft chewy bread and tasty fresh ingredients. The large feeds the both of us easily. costs a lot more than Subway but is far superior and worth it. This is our go to sandwich place in Kingman.

The staff gave my order to someone else. The customer returned it because it wasn't his order. The staff didn't apologize for the mix up, didn't check the order. That was my first and last time I'll go to this store.

I have eaten quite a few times. I prefer JM's over Subway or Jimmy John's any day. All the staff on this particular day just seemed to be preoccupied.

First, before delving into this otherwise negative review, I want to acknowledge that the employees themselves were really nice and accommodating. I think the issues today may be more attributed to poor management or ownership.

This was the most inconsistent experience I’ve had with any Jersey Mike’s, and our family are regulars. The only consistent part of this was the chips.

- out of tomatoes
- out of soda
- discolored veggies (browning lettuce, browning onions, almost white banana peppers)
- didn’t cut the meat for our bowls and were out of plastic knives to cut it with later)
- Crunchy/stale chocolate chip cookies
- Heavy metal music playing

Again, all things that seem to be caused by poor management or planning. But very nice employees who seemed to know what was going on and were therefore pretty accommodating.

We drive through Kingman every so often—would love to come back to this location and see if improvements were made during our next visit ☺️
