Everything is just so bad at this location. The food sucks. The service is worse. It took 25 mins for me to get one sandwich and a wrap. They ran out of bacon that they charge $4 for. The employees are constantly touching their clothes and hats with their gloved hands then making food. It's so gross.

Was driving through town manager gave us the wrong order with red peppers called to complain manager said there was nothing he could do and to call corporate then called me sweetie and to call corporate if I wasn't happy

Evidently if it's outside of their building, they don't deliver! 1.7 miles from the place! I'll add that you're a lying piece of stuff. You had delivered to me 3 times prior to this attempted order, A $7.00 tip, a $10.00 tip, and a $5.00 tip to the drivers. When I was over at the Beale street address, you couldn't deliver because it was down town. And after having to stay in Kingman another week, you delivered and this time it was out of your Area. You need to go back to work at a carwash or pickup trash, you know a job that you can handle! But you call the corporate office and tell them that you cost them a fairly regular customer that has used their restaurants across the country! Never Again,!

Who makes a sandwich without ANY mayonnaise or sauce? Employees weren’t friendly at all. Convinced my family to go to Jimmy John’s instead of Subway and it looks like I will NEVER be doing that again.
I ordered a sandwich without mayo. They put mayo on both sides and super thick. If you have dietary issues do not go there

This Jimmy John’s is amazing! I ordered 11 sandwiches online and they were already by the time I went to the store. They even had them in a bag for me to carry and offered to help me carry the drinks out to the car. They are incredibly fast and we’re very friendly. I even saw a guy placed his order and as soon as he was done, paying the sandwich was already done despite them being incredibly busy. I have never had a problem with the quality of the food, it’s always delicious. I would give 10 stars if I could.
