Food was good. But we waited 45 minutes. They bumped our order and several other peoples order. We asked for a refund but they eventually just gave us our food. Lack of organization and communication between staff.

Said good morning/afternoon, & thank you when ordering. Completely ignored. Sat down and ate my meal. WYT people come in to order after me, they are greeted with cheer and respected. Got up to leave, refilled my drink, and said, thank you have a nice day. I got a not so friendly look with no reply back. Ahhh lovely Kingman...how they love people from all walks of life. I should have just stopped in Flagstaff to eat instead. 🫤

Foods good, but tell me why I order 3 meals for my family in the drive thru and they only give 1 single fork and 1 single butter and 1 single honey. What do they expeect, me to eat my mashed potatoes like a neanderthal with my bare hands? Or for my kid to do so? Try better next time. Very disappointing

When hit with a lot of orders at once the team did a great job working together and pushing the order out with a timely manner with quality. Rachel was a great help and very kind. She went out of her way to make us all happy and made sure we had a great experience. I will be coming back just cause of her!

I had an online order, it had not been started until I arrived. There was a very long line of cars in the Drive-Thru. But I had to wait at least 15 minutes to deliver the order to the customer. In which made me late. The staff was very courteous and kind although they were short-handed at the time.
