I rarely leave negative reviews, but this place has gotten to terrible and this experience deserves one. I placed my order at 7:00 PM and was told it would be a “20 minute wait.” No problem. I left to pick up my child from basketball practice and came back around 8PM expecting my order to be ready.
When I asked for my food, they asked for my name and then handed me someone else’s order. I told them it wasn’t mine. They couldn't locate my order, the correct order. Instead, they offered to remake it, with an additional 45 minute wait. At that point, I’d already been patient for nearly an hour, and being told to wait almost another hour was unacceptable.
To make matters worse, they tried to tell me I couldn’t get a refund for an order they didn’t have any idea where it was. I finally got my money back, but the lack of organization, communication, and customer service was beyond frustrating.
I understand places get busy, but being told one wait time and ending up nearly two hours deep with no order is not okay. There is zero sense of urgency from anyone in this place.

Never properly staffed. Most days hot n ready is non existent. Even if you order online or phone the pickup time is inaccurate. Was told 20 minutes when I called in. Got there 30 later and they hadn't started my order. Then was told they said 45 minutes and called me a lier. Too bad they were on my car speaker and my husband heard the conversation. Some of the staff are not friendly at all. I can only assume most of that is from the working conditions. Im sure it would get old real quick day after day of unhappy and complaining customers. This location is very busy. I do feel it is understaffed and that is where most of the problem lies. We very rarely go here anymore and opt to pay more for less hassle and friendlier service.

Stockton Road Kingman Az Little Caesars is a horrible place! You walk in you aren't greeted. You wait 20 minutes before someone comes to take your order. The attitude of Kyle L. (L is for low life) He is the meanest rudest most unprofessional worker I have ever come in contact with. He said pizza will be done in 10 min. It took a half hour. When he brought us our pizza he put it on the counter and walked away. My husband said oh sir..can I have a package of pepper seeds..no answer..my husband asked again..and again..no answer from the back..finally my husband said sir can you hear me? Kyle L. Screamed NO! So I tried to get the attention of a girl in back..she said she'd be right up..She never came up to the counter. Kyle then came to the counter to do something at the register and my husband asked him again can I have just 1 pkg of pepper seeds..Kyle said No you can't..my husband said what is wrong with you? Your customer service is not good. Kyle said I don't care. I told him I'm going to have to report you because you shouldn't treat customers this way. Kyle said again I don't care. I said You'll lose your job treating people this way .He said again I don't care..I said then you'll go to another job and with this attitude you won't have that job for long either and he said I don't care. So we left and I called corporate and reported him. I can't even ever give this little Caesars another chance ever again. I'm that turned off by the way we were treated. Supposedly Ramone is the district manager. He better do something about these employees at this location because it's ugly and it's only going to get uglier if these employees upset someone else in the future that may not let them do this to them. This place is the worst restaurant I have ever dealt with. Shame on you Kyle L! And shame on the girl in back that said she'd come to the counter and never did! Shame on Little Caesars Pizza on Stockton Rd in Kingman Az! Instant Karma's gonna get you!

I ordered Pizza and stix and the stix were paper-thin and burned on top. I called the store and the manager hung up on me twice, refused to give me her name or her district manager number and finally said after arguing with me to bring the burnt food back and they'll remake it.

Went there last night pizza was cold, dry, and a little burnt one pizza was not even cut up. I was told in the app it would be done by 6:09 to 6:14 it was after 6:30 before we got our food.
Great place to get a cheap easy pizza. The staff are always nice and will explain the difference if you don't know.

I've had Little Caesars Pizza in different locations all over throughout different states each time the pizza was decent sometimes excellent, this particular location in Kingman Arizona is the worst pizza I've ever had in my life. I highly recommend not going to this place, absolutely disgusting.
